From the machining accuracy of components to the assembly, pre installation and debugging quality of the whole machine, every link is closely monitored. Surface treatment and protection

High standard shot peening: The equipment undergoes complete shot peening treatment in a dedicated shot peening workshop. The surface cleanliness of the steel plate reaches Sa2.5 level, effectively eliminating welding stress and significantly improving paint adhesion and service life.

Integrity coating: After pre installation, the entire machine enters the spraying workshop for coating to ensure perfect appearance and complete protection.

Accuracy and performance guarantee

Integrated machining application:Implement overall CNC machining on key assembly surfaces to fundamentally ensure assembly accuracy, effectively reduce operating noise, and eliminate rail gnawing phenomena.

Strict verification before leaving the factory

Pre installation and debugging throughout the entire process:The in-house dedicated platform completes pre assembly and no-load operation debugging, exposing and resolving potential issues in advance.

Terminal whole machine verification (large equipment): Pre assembly and overall power on debugging of large equipment will be carried out on the self owned dock site to ensure that all performance indicators are qualified before shipment.
