The company is located in Tianhou Palace Village, Wujie Town, Tongzhou District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. Its main business scope includes research and development, production, sales, installation, and maintenance of ship cranes, marine engineering cranes, port cranes, and metal steel structural components; Port cargo warehousing, loading and unloading services; Sales of metal materials (excluding precious metals) and products, as well as building materials.

In December 2018, the company officially obtained the Port Operation License of the People's Republic of China. In September 2023, in order to promote the development of the shipbuilding and marine industry in the western Yangtze River area of Tongzhou, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, the company renovated and expanded the existing legal terminal, added bulk cargo functions, and thus improved the berthing capacity of the terminal. In April 2024, the company obtained a new Port Operation License of the People's Republic of China.
