(hereinafter referred to as "Grate"); Dock” )Conduct on-site visits and learning, with the participation of the company's administrative and human resources department, as well as production managers from various factory areas, to receive and accompany the visit.

From steel plate cutting to structural welding, from painting construction to pre installation and commissioning, the teachers and students visited various workshops in the factory area with PG Slot interest, and gained a preliminary understanding of the entire manufacturing process of lifting equipment.
In the production workshop of Bull, Minister Xu Zhiyong explained to the students the uses of equipment such as gantry milling machines and CNC machining centers, especially for components such as wheel sets and drum sets that require high machining accuracy. Minister Xu casually talked about the processing techniques and construction steps of metalworking from raw materials to finished products, from parts to assemblies, and the teachers and students of the Aviation Institute listened with PG Slot interest.

In the large CNC machining workshop of the company, most students are seeing such large gantry milling machines and floor boring machines for the first time, which makes them particularly curious. They raised various questions about the machining accuracy, stroke, and range of the gantry milling machines, and the workshop manager Zhang Xuejian answered them. The atmosphere of communication between the two sides was warm and harmonious.

Subsequently, the visiting team went to the dock and visited large lifting equipment such as ship unloaders and mast cranes that were being assembled.
These students are all fresh graduates who will graduate next year, which means they will enter the internship period from December. Through this on-site visit and learning experience, many students are eager to intern at our company, laying a solid foundation for school enterprise cooperation.
What is learned on paper is shallow, but one must put it into practice. This is the sentiment of most students during their factory visit, and it is also a motivation for our production management personnel to adhere to the integration of theory with practice, constantly learn and apply what they have learned in their work, in order to truly unleash their skills and strengths and achieve mutual growth between individuals and the company.
