On the evening of May 16th, as night fell, the PG Slot Heavy Industry Technology Terminal remained brightly lit, and the 1300T/H unloader successfully completed the loading of large cargo and set sail for the Philippines.

The ship unloader is a type of product developed through long-term cooperation between Jiangsu PG Slot Crane Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) and Buhler (Wuxi) Commercial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Buhler). The company is mainly responsible for the production and assembly of the main structure, involving large components such as gantry, tower, boom, vertical scraper, loading arm, and boom crane.
To ensure that every order is delivered to customers on time and with high quality, the project manager will develop a detailed production plan, set key milestones, and track progress daily before the project starts. Any problems that arise will be coordinated and dealt with in a timely manner, and summarized into weekly and monthly reports.

During the project implementation process, our various departments demonstrated a high degree of teamwork and execution, with clear division of labor and tacit cooperation between departments, ensuring the smooth progress and high-quality completion of the project.
In terms of production management, implement technical disclosure, strengthen process promotion, and focus on standardizing key processes such as welding and painting;
In terms of quality control, implement; Three inspections; (Team self inspection, QC special inspection, supervision sampling inspection), every process including pre welding, post welding, size, appearance, sandblasting, primer, intermediate paint, and topcoat is carefully inspected. All components, regardless of size, even a single bracket, must strictly follow the inspection process.
To ensure production, safety must be emphasized. While strengthening employee skill training, improving their operational skills and execution ability, strict adherence to safety management systems, improving emergency plans, enhancing employees' safety awareness, and ability to respond to sudden external factors must be strictly followed.
According to feedback from customer representatives, the 1300T/H ship unloader has been installed on the owner's site and successfully passed the 1300T/h efficiency test, marking a new level of capability for the company in the manufacturing of large tonnage port lifting equipment.
Successful projects are not only about delivering qualified products, but also about accumulating experience, training the team, and laying a solid foundation for undertaking larger and more complex projects in the future. All members of our production department will carefully summarize the experience and lessons learned from this project, implement improvement measures, and continuously enhance the core competitiveness of production and manufacturing.
